The
Elder Board
The Elder Board operates as the governing body of the Church serving the vision
God has given the Senior Pastor,
providing guidance and council to the vision of the Church. From creating
policy to reviewing strategic plans for ministry,
and overseeing the Church budget - this team wrestles with difficult decisions
from a macro and micro perspective with a lot
in between. When dealing with difficult issues, consensus is the goal. Prayer,
relationship and community among the Elders
make it possible for hard work to accompany every task, and even staying late
to accomplish every objective. This team of
submitted men and women are the ecclesiastical voice of the Church, and take
seriously their charge to bring honor to
the God by leading this local Church in all aspects of its ministry and community
emphasis.

In addition to our Senior Pastors, a team of diverse, anointed
and talented men and women
have taken shape at Family & Faith. Their purpose is to provide care and
support to the
flock and to lead certain ministries as directed by the Elders and that fit
with their gifts.
