WHY DOES FAMILY & FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH EXIST?
We exist to REACH SEEKERS and to BUILD BELIEVERS to turn them nto FULLY DEVOTED FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST. We do accomplish this when REACH people far from God, BUILD people who believe in God and CONNECT people to each other & to the world around them in service.

What does A "FULLY DEVOTED FOLLOWER OF CHRIST" LOOK LIKE?
A Fully Devoted follower of Christ is a person who…
" has come to faith in God through GRACE.
" is daily pursuing GROWTH in God as a way to possess a more passionate walk with Him.
" lives in biblical community through GROUPS.
" uses their God-given GIFTS to edify the Church and other people.
" operates faithfully in GIVING/GOOD STEWARDSHIP with their resources to advance the cause of Christ in their local Church and around the world.

HOW IS FFCC LED?
" Family & Faith is led ultimately by "vision" and by the "Great Head of the Church, Jesus Christ".

" The vision is given to a Leader, in our case, the Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor is the out-front visionary of the Church and the Chief Elder of the Elder Board.

" The vision is governed by a Board of Elders, men and women who are gifted at governing, critical thinking, management and the spiritual giftedness to oversee the vision of the Church. This group is submitted one to another and honor order in God's house. The ultimate goal of leadership is to help people, no matter where they came from or how they look - to become FULLY DEVOTED FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST.
