Family & Faith Christian Church was founded in January, 2000, with just 12 adults and a hand full of Children. They began on a journey
to reach seekers and build believers - in order to turn them into fully devoted followers of Christ. It has been the meat of who are and who we continue to be. Through every obstacle, he Favor of God has preserved us; His love and grace has not allowed us to slip. From a small building in the corner of a strip mall, to over crowded services where we prayed that the local Fire Marshall would not get saved. To a school auditorium and 3 years of set-up-breakdown, the sweltering heat and freezing cold; and through it all our growth continued. To a 9 month season of sowing and financial miracles, to our own newly renovated facility - and up to now where our growth is too much for where we are - WE KNOW IT'S NOT ABOUT US. Just 7 years in and nearly 1,000 people more - it's still about turning people into fully devoted followers of Christ. As a matter of fact, turning people into fully devoted followers of Christ - has become a fire that's been turned up in our hearts. We won't stop until we've finished our course, and we've only begun to fight. We have heard the promises of God. We have prepared our hearts and minds for the very best. Our families and friends have heard it, too. We will reach more and build more and together we shall follow hard after the object of our affection and our devotion - The Lord God Almighty.

Details on who we are…

VISION - who we are called to be… From within our city and surrounding metropolitan areas, to become a community of the nations, fully devoted to Christ; connected to God in relationship, to each other in community and to the world in service.
PURPOSE - why we exist… We exist to REACH seekers and BUILD believers and CONNECT people to a better life by turning them into fully devoted followers of Christ.
TARGET - who we serve…We serve believers, people filled with faith. We nourish and empower for them for ministry and life. We serve seekers, people who have not yet begun their spiritual journey. By loving instead of judging, we provide a safe place for them to find God. Everywhere in between-Family & Faith is a place to call home.
HEART - what we embrace…We embrace "community". This means we value relationships, fellowship, support, ministry and above all loving people like God loves us. We are not a perfect Church and we often caution against the association that this Church has it all together. What we do have is God and each other. And just as God loved us with His very best - we seek to build people and reach people by loving people with our very best. This is how we embrace the spirit of community.

A WORD BASED VISION: Acts 2 is where the crux of our vision is found. We endeavor to build a New Testament church in these modern times and create the type of community where lives are changes and full devotion to Christ is normal for all people.
42) They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43) Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. 44) All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45) Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. 46) Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47) praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
